Joanna Matherly
After beginning a sales career in 2005, Joanna held multiple positions within Aflac, including Sr. Consultant - Producer Growth. With a heart for servant leadership and training, she now serves as a Regional Sales Coordinator with Aflac, and is proud to serve the growing Middle TN market. She established “Matherly Business Solutions, LLC” in 2024 to better serve the growing needs of small business owners, as well as mid-size and large organizations.
A proud Mom of three, she and her husband are actively involved in their kids sporting events and recitals. The Matherly family lives in Arrington, TN.

Jacqueline Carrillo
Jacqueline moved to Tennessee from Arizona in 2009 with her family and two daughters. She held a variety of roles that led her to the insurance industry as an administrative assistant. The past three years, she has supported Regional Managers for Aflac in the Middle Tennessee area and that has been her most enriching and fulfilling role. She has always believed that if you support those above you, blessings trickle down.
Jacqueline enjoys reading, hiking, camping, and serving in her local community.
